Do you use machine translation or AI?
Our standard service is full human translation – every document translated by a qualified specialist and independently reviewed by a second linguist. This is what regulated industries require and what we recommend for legal, medical, financial, and compliance-critical content. However, for clients managing high volumes or working within tighter budgets, we also offer AI-assisted translation with expert human review. In this workflow, an initial draft is produced using advanced machine translation, then thoroughly reviewed and refined by our specialist linguists to ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and natural fluency. You choose the level of human review – light review for internal-use documents or full specialist review for published or regulated content. Both options are available on request. We never deliver raw, unreviewed machine output.
